Pricing

WebXCharge pricing is very simple.

Free Trial
Take advantage of the 30-day free trial period to 'test drive' the system and make sure that WebXCharge is right for you. Complete the simple technical integration and start using WebXCharge now. The free trial is limited to 30 days or 100 transactions, whichever comes first.
Setup Fees
There is no setup fee.
Calling Charges
Calling charges after the end of the free trial period are based on the number of calls you make:
  • Call-out (the system calls your customer to verify the transaction, record his/her confirmation and provide him/her with an authorization PIN code) are charged by destination:
    • Calls to any destinations in the US or Canada - $0.29 per call.
    • Calls to European countries landlines - $0.29 per call.
    • Calls to European countries mobile phones - $0.49 per call.
    • Calls to destinations outside of the US and Canada - $0.49 per call.
  • Call-in (the customer calls our system to verify the transaction, record his/her confirmation and receive an authorization PIN code) cost you $0.29 each. These calls are to our toll-free (800) number. The caller (your customer) may be charged additional amounts by his/her carrier or telecommunications provider in certain circumstances, for example, if he/she is calling from overseas.
Calling charges are at a fixed rate per call, irrespective of the length of the call.
"Live Help" Charges
We offer a Live Help feature through which your customer can connect to your customer service call center by pressing a key (#) or saying a word ("help") any time during the call. While this feature is optional, it can be very helpful if your customer has questions or is having problems completing the verification call. If you activate this feature, charges for any connection made between your customer and your customer support service are based on connection time:
  • For customer service phone numbers in the US or Canada $0.29 per minute (or part thereof).
  • For customer service phone number outside of the US and Canada - $0.49 per minute (or part thereof).
WebXCharge Customer Support
We provide extensive customer support and integration assistance at no additional charge.
Subscription Fee
There is no subscription or maintenance fee. Your costs are based only on your transaction Volume. There is, however, a minimum monthly charge of $29 (after the free trial period ends).
Payment and Billing
Monthly charges are payable using any major credit card. Please contact us if you prefer that we invoice you.
Enterprise Pricing
If you handle more than 5,000 transactions a month, contact us for enterprise pricing.
Custom Development
Our system is flexible and designed to be customizable to various requirements, policies and scenarios, using the simple, intuitive control panel. Yet, in some cases you might want a special feature custom developed for your special e-commerce needs.
